

In today’s world it is exceedingly rare to meet an adult, or even a child, who doesn’t own or use a cell phone. While being a productive member of modern society may require a cell phone, it’s important that we are not oblivious to the risks associated with cell phone use.
Cell phones and WIFI have high levels of EMFs
EMFs, or electromagnetic fields, release low levels of radiation into the world around us. When we are in the vicinity of this type of harmful radiation, our bodies become targets. Exposure to the type of radiation emitted from cell phones has been linked to cancers, brain tumors, lymphomas, headaches, melanomas, leukemia, Alzheimer’s, memory loss, Parkinson’s, Huntington’s, high blood pressure, infertility, cardiac arrhythmias, anxiety, depression, and brain damage. The greatest danger we face from EMFs is their capability to disrupt the cellular structure of our DNA and mitochondria of our cells. Mitochondria are the powerhouses of our cells that produce all the energy in our body. When these guys dysfunction, that’s what leads to the breakdown of our bodies, premature aging, and eventually death.
Cell phones are a major source of EMF exposure. Because cell phones emit an enormous amount of microwave energy, a highly debated type energy that has shown to destroy tissues in our body, users are immediately at risk of the harmful effects this type of radiation is capable of, such as damage to your eyes, cheeks, nose, ears, brain, and any surrounding tissues or muscles. Things we can do to avoid EMFs
Keep your phone out of your pocket
-Men: Infertility risks are increased for those carrying a cell phone near reproductive organs.
-Women: Breast cancer risks are higher for those who carry their cell phones near their chest. (1)
Use headphones
-By distancing your body from your phone, you’re automatically lowering your exposure to radiation.
Never have your phone directly next to your ear
-The highest amount of EMFs come from the headpiece on your phone.
Turn off WIFI technology at night
-Even when you’re not using your phone, if the WIFI technology is turned on, your phone is still emitting EMFs.
When using a laptop, place it on a table, rather than your lap
-Because of the strength of EMFs, it is important to never place an object emitting this type of radiation anywhere on your body.
Educating yourself on the presence of EMFs in your home and day-to-day life, and taking steps to avoid them, will help protect your body from the harmful effects of EMFs, like those found in cell phones.
It is absolutely impossible to completely avoid all EMFs, and that is not what we are saying to do. But there are things that we can control, and those are the things we must change.
