We love this recipe because it is delicious and very easy to make. It is great to eat by itself or put it on sprouted bread for a yummy sandwich. It is the perfect mixture of crunchy, savory and sweet all in one.
Ingredients: (All Organic when possible)
4 Cups of Chopped Chicken
1 Cup Cranberries
3 Cups Chopped Celery
1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts
1/2-1 Cup (depending on your preference) Vegennaise (grapeseed or olive oil based)
1 1/2 tsp cumin
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl! Voilà!
