Dr. Matt Smith
Born in Tampa, Florida, Dr. Matt grew up heavily involved in athletics. He attended Saint Leo University on a baseball scholarship where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Biology. Growing up an athlete, Dr. Matt understood the importance of making sure his body was functioning at it’s best. He found that chiropractic care allowed him to live free of back pain that had bothered him since he was 17 years old. After getting adjusted regularly, he found that he was able to recover from the wear and tear of games much quicker. After realizing that his dream of becoming a professional baseball player was not in his future, Dr. Matt decided that a career in Chiropractic would be incredibly rewarding to pursue.
“As time went on, I began to see what it truly meant to work with the nerve system and was able to witness people going through the process of getting adjusted regularly who were sick, hurting, mentally and physically impaired, immune compromised, etc. After adjustments, I began seeing a “light” spark within people and as time went on we saw that their cells, tissues and organs were functioning at a higher level. This allowed people to heal from within and begin to express their fullest potential. Thanks to Dr. Sukhi and other amazing teachers along the way, I have been able to see so many people’s lives transform and I know it is my duty to help reintroduce our clients to their most optimal self, just as they did for me.”

Dr. Monica Smith
From the time that she was 4 years old, Monica played soccer in Franklin, TN and continued to play through college with a scholarship to APSU. At 17 years old, her body began breaking down and everything changed. She couldn’t play the way she used to and it affected her entire being…mentally, emotionally, and physically. She had developed a “chronic” disease called Ulcerative Colitis. The combination of being on 10 different prescription medications, as well as a lack of answers and hopelessness from the medical doctors, led to depression and the development of prescription drug addictions. The next five years were filled with hospital visits for various reasons, some of which include asthma attacks, migraines, a tonsillectomy, and a severe kidney infection.
Soon after graduating APSU with a Bachelors degree in Psychology, she got a job as a Chiropractic Assistant and learned about the amazing healing capabilities that the body holds. Dr. Monica received her Doctor Of Chiropractic degree from Life University. She is not only an advocate of Optimal Living, she practices what she teaches everyday in her own life. She loves to cook and bake healthy organic recipes, practice yoga, be in nature, read, and spend time with friends and family. Dr. Monica is a heart centered passionate person who is dedicated to helping her community thrive!
“Working as a chiropractic assistant was the first time in five years that something a doctor said finally made sense to me – and that truth resonated down to my core. I understand what it feels like to be hopeless, depressed and feel like a victim; but because of my experience, I know what it feels like to have hope, heal from sickness and disease, and experience true vitality. Through chiropractic care and living by the 5 Pillars of Health, I am free from disease and now live an empowered life dedicated to keeping my health my number one priority. I believe that every single experience happens for a reason and I was brought through disease so that I can empower others and facilitate the healing process.”

Dr. Erica Rodgers
Dr. Erica lived most of her life outside of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, where she also obtained her Bachelors degree in Biology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Approaching graduation, Dr. Erica felt, lost hopeless, and worst of all… without purpose. She felt like she was suffering, and by most definitions needlessly. She felt like she was a victim TO life and that life was happening TO her, all because she didn’t have the answers. What she discovered through Chiropractic was that all the answers could be found within.
She learned that Chiropractic is one of the most amazing tools to help you feel more… you. When you are able to feel, you are able to realize what your needs are and what strategies are required to get those needs met. You are able to step into all that you are.
After witnessing the profound transformation Chiropractic had on her life, Dr. Erica is dedicated to connecting, communicating, and educating Chiropractic in hopes that the same inspiration will reverberate throughout her community. With her natural vibrant enthusiasm, Dr. Erica looks forward to serving you and your family so that you too can express health to the fullest potential.

Dr. Bryan Stotz
Dr. Bryan was born and raised in Canton, MI. Growing up he enjoyed being active, participating in several outdoor activities and sports, including baseball which he played into college and as an adult. From a young age, he was always intrigued by the amazing physical feats the human body could achieve. His love for human performance led him to study Exercise Science at Eastern Michigan University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2011.
As his passion continued to grow, he decided to look further and ended up at Life University where he obtained a Doctorate of Chiropractic degree in 2016 and gained a deeper understanding of how the human body works. It was here that Dr. Bryan was introduced to the master control center of the body, the human nervous system. After learning and studying this system it became clear to him how to best help others live a life of Optimal Living.
“Not only through my studies, but also my own personal journey to an optimal life I’ve developed a deep passion for empowering others to take back their health and life regardless of age or external circumstances! Having experienced both ends of the life spectrum I truly feel for those who wish to thrive and know that there is more for them in life. I’ve found the best way to help people reach this place is through heart-centered Vitalistic Chiropractic care. I’ve witnessed how empowering the human nervous system helps people become more aligned with who they are physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. It is in this place that people can truly heal from within and live life according to what they value and who they wish to BE!” – Dr. Bryan

Stephani Stotz, M.S
Stephani grew up in Franklin, TN where she played competitive soccer until she was 16 years old, but discontinued playing due to depression. During these times, she developed a dependency on sugar and prescription medication, where her quality of life began to decrease, and her memory began to decline.

Understanding the body works has enabled her to overcome her depression and anxiety, regulate sleep, and improve energy. Her passion is to inspire others to pursue an alternative outlet through achieving optimal health by receiving chiropractic care, nourishing our bodies with whole foods, stressing less, and loving more. She enjoys camping, good food, card games, sunlight, her cats, and interval training.
